“Does anyone else find the ANC on these is completely ineffective? Yes, I have them in my ear correctly, yes I have updated them. Switching to ANC makes no difference.”

If you absolutely hear no difference it’s definitely defective. I would go exchange them and see if that confirms it. I feel like the ANC is one of the better ones on the market imo. However, I had to exchange my pair as well but not because of ANC it was more of a blutooth connection issue where it would disconnect and connect repeatedly.
