This is a generally good product and I'm overall happy with my purchase. Pros: Good battery life Good sound Comfortable to wear Very fast charging Useful firmware updates (such as noise cancellation) Cons: They have great difficulty connecting to anything but mobile devices. Very poor connectivity with windows. (see other issues below) My main experience with these earbuds has been good but twice now I've had a pair of them quit on me. Once the audio became nearly inaudible in my left earbud and the other time my right earbud's speakers totally died. There was no obvious cause for either incident - I'm quite careful to keep them in a good condition. That said, this is a 4-star review because the customer service for these products has been exemplary - which I find to be unusual. In each instance, Jabra's customer service got back to my warranty claim quickly and professionally. They promptly let me return my earbuds and got me a new pair within about 7 business days. Personally having quality customer service like this makes up for the shortcomings of the product.

Brought back the joy of listening to great music

I am an admitted audiophile with very discerning taste in music. These are hardly the best sounding TWS that I have owned. However they do faithfully reproduce sound, and though the sound stage leaves a lot to be desired, there is good separation and work well across all genres of music. The bass, treble and vocals are well pronounced without being saturate. The left and right channels are easily discernable. The sound is crisp and not muddy when playing at high volumes. Over all they are pleasing to listen to. I find myself listening to my Jabra Elite Active 75t's for more than the 7.5 prescribed battery life. And with my 45 watt chargers, 45 watt car charger and 45 watt power bank it only takes me an hour to recharge them. Initially I couldn't find tips that would stay in my ears, but right before going to Amizon to purchase a pair online I found a pair laying around the house that were perfect. Because the provided tips kept coming out of my ears I thought that the call quality was poor and I experienced losing sound from the left ear a lot and both buds would constantly disconnect from my device or the music would stop playing. Since replacing the tips it has been pure heaven. Also turning off hear through has also greatly increased my listening time. I have to say that call quality with a good seal is sublime on both ends. The sensors that detect when the buds are in your ears must be seated perfectly or else you will have a lot of issues with these TWS's. I love the equalizer and the hearthough feature. But with the hearthrough you need to turn your volume down to a reasonable level in order to truly hear your surroundings. These are not audiophile quality but they are very pleasing stylish and feature rich. The main reason for the score is that once you get your fit, they and the app work flawlessly. The passive sound isolation is so good that you will need hearthrough in order to hear ambient sound. And the ability to hear your voice during calls, priceless. I don't need a pair of bulky cans to deliver the sound that excites me these are more than adequate. The button controls are not hard to press and are intuitive as well as amazingly full functional. The design is chic if not understated. Priced to sell, I can confidently, honestly and happily recommend the Jabra Elite Active 75t's.

    Great Sound, Good Noise Cancellation

The sound quality is excellent, and the noise cancellation is good enough to block out most background noise. I've been using them while working from home, and they've been a great way to stay focused and productive. I've also been using them while working out, and they've stayed in my ears securely even when I'm moving around. One of my favorite things about the Jabra Elite Active 75t is the long battery life. I can easily get a full day of use out of them on a single charge. I also like that they're water-resistant, so I don't have to worry about them getting wet if I sweat. Overall, I'm really happy with the Jabra Elite Active 75t True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones. They're a great option for anyone looking for a pair of wireless earbuds with excellent sound quality, good noise cancellation, and a comfortable fit.

Loved the earbuds! The figment and battery life is on point! The case contains at least three additional charges for the buds. Used them to work In the rain with no problems at all. But! There were issues that I couldn’t get along with. When first connects there was an issue with the update! Fell asleep with them trying to update while flashing purple. Drained the case as a result. There was an issue with my pair, the left side would shut off all of a sudden and couldn’t be reactivated. It would have to sit in the case for more than an hour in order to reactivate. The right side was somewhat flawless. But, would have to be tinkered with in order to get it to turn off.

Hi Watchman, thanks so much for your review of the Jabra Elite 75t. We are thrilled to hear that you are loving the audio quality and battery life of the device. We regret, however, that you ran into challenges while updating your Elite Active 75t and that you are having trouble with the left earbud. That is certainly not what we expect. When you are doing a firmware update on your Jabra Elite Active 75t, the update will download in the Jabra Sound+ app and then you will be prompted to return the earbuds to the charging case. Once you have put the earbuds back into their case and closed the lid, the LED on the outside of the case will start flashing purple rapidly. This is to indicate that the update is in progress. This entire process should not take longer than 15 minutes to complete. We would be grateful for the opportunity to look into the challenge you are facing with your left Jabra Elite Active 75t earbud with you and to provide you with a resolution. We kindly ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-75t/100-99091000-02/contact-support. We appreciate your feedback and we want you to have the best possible Jabra experience! Jabra

    Trading Jabra for Sony

Great sounding earbuds! I love the deep bass sound and the ability to customize the sound. I downloaded the firmware update to install ANC and it works like a charm. Compact case was a plus and fits nicely in your pocket. Hearthrough mode works ok but sounds artificial. Buttons were a little fussy. I didn’t like it that the music didn’t stop when you took them out of your ear. They kept playing music until you shut the case. I also don’t like that it only plays music on the right ear when you use one earbuds. Overall, great but I’m switching to the Sony WF-S800N for sound balance while maintaining the bass of the Jabra. I’ll have longer battery but will be able to use buds independently and music stops when you take them out of your ear for the same price as the Jabra. Only downside is the case. Oh well!

Have these and Bose Quiet Comfort buds. 75t Active: My go-to daily buds Excellent voice quality on calls (tested with 1 and both buds) Comfortable Secure fit Like physical buttons VS touch style on Bose ANC is okay; very limited on aircraft (Bose were amazing) and works in office environment Good battery life with extra in case Case only has wired charging but I dont mind Much smaller case VS Bose mega case Like sound quality for music, movies, Teams, calls Connects to 2 devices easily (have Note 10+ and iPad Pro) On Note 10+ I get awesome info by swiping down (see pic) Value ok at regular price and fantastic during holiday sale Bose won for ANC on aircraft VS 75t Active but it's an unfair battle since Bose ANC baked in while 75t was a firmware upgrade. But Bose multipoint is crap so 75t Active are my daily use buds, with Bose as backup or must have for travel.

Great buds, ill even go as far as to say amazing buds! Sound quality is superb, all the features are there; including ANC and the rare multipoint connection, where this will connect to two bluetooth devices at the same time. Use that feature all the time with my laptop. Wish I could use the left bud independently, but that won't happen (it's a master right, slave left), still can use the right bud by itself. Of course, being as these are the active version, I love that I can run in a downpour with these things and know I'll still have good music in my ears. Plus Jabra offers a 2 year warranty against water or dust, so even if the worst was to happen, your covered. Controls are great; hard buttons that can be customized to your liking. When I tried the galaxy buds plus, the touch controls would make for accidental inputs. Speaking of the buds plus, the 75t are better than them in every category except with the buds you CAN use just the left. The 2nd and last con is with my personal experience, and is purely based on an individual basis. The fit is perfect, no discomfort even with hours (5+) of constant play, but right out of the box the right bud wouldn't form a secure fit and would eventually, always fall out. I was upset finding the perfect buds otherwise, so I didn't give up. I found a set of comply foam ear tips from Amazon, and it was night and day difference. Even the left bud sat better, and I didn't have a problem with that to start with. Tl;DR Absolutely amazing buds in all categories, only the supplied ear tips were not secure enough. Does not take away from being a 5 star product though, just for me it required one little mod (not much different than replacing the stock strap on a quest 2 with an upgraded version)

I purchased both the Elite 75t (that review is also in here at the purchase site of the Elite 57t) and after having issues with the one in the left ear dislodging I tried the Elite Active 75t and had the same issue. I returned both to Best Buy whom have been great. With that said, these are really good earbuds. So if you are looking around I would suggest you try them out. If you dont have a problem then they are keepers for sure. Great Packaging, Great Sound, Great Battery life, Quality Construction Feel, Great Function Button, Fantastic phone app, my impression is they are a well thought out product. However a certain number of people will have the issue I had and have reviewed the same under the Elite 75t page. My wife has the same ones and does not have the same issue but her ears are smaller so there isnt room for the earbud to move up and loosen. I am one of the people who benefit GREATLY by having a workout earbud or work around the home earbud that has a support such as wings at the tips or as I now confirmed an over the ear support. Actually I think it is a stretch to promote these as workout buds without a support, they are secure when they fit right but with no other means of support I think as see reviews of others who have my issue. I bought Powerbeats Pro's and OMG, they are great, they stay in my ear and so comfortable you hardly know they are there. Fit is most important, I do wish the Beats had the phone app like Jabra ect but the PowerBeats Pro's just fit fantastic stay in place, dont fall out. You cant have everything. Pick and choose what is most important. First photo shows what was happening ALL the time with the left ear, second photo it stayed correct MOST times in the right ear. Trust me on this, I really good with this stuff and electronics and tried in vain EVERY way possible to make these things work for well over a week, all day long.

If you're looking at headphones in this price range, then you expect nothing but the best. First, here is where these headphones excel: Pros: Excellent sound quality, quick connectivity, an excellent companion app, outstanding battery life. However, these headphones do fall short in a few areas: - They only stay in place moderately well. While working out, I usually have to adjust them every dozen minutes or so. - hear through function is useless at speed (ex: cycling/running) due to wind noise. - I have experienced some connectivity/drop out issues. I'm told this is only expected in true-wireless, but still.... at $200 I expect better. Finally, the terrible: hence the 1 star review: After having these headphones for a little over a month, the right earbud failed. It now operates at a substantially quieter volume than the other, so much so that it would seem to be not working at all. If you've read the documentation, you also know that you cannot use the left without the right bud, so these headphones are pretty useless. After an internet search, apparently this is a common issue. I've been working with Jabra customer support for over a week (they've been slow to respond, un-thorough, and failing to address my concerns) and have FINALLY gotten them to give me a solution, but it involves shipping my headphones back before they'll replace them... with a turnaround of at least 2 weeks. I feel like they should be doing better than this. My expectations may be high, but again.... these headphones come at a premium, so the service should be so. I wish I hadn't bought these. I was already iffy before they failed.... now I'm filled with regret. I wanted to love these, but there's just been too much negative experience at this point. Jabra, you need to do better.

I was looking for good bass wireless earbuds, and I kept hearing Jabra pop up! I finally convinced myself to go with the Jabra Active Elite 75t. I guess I talked so much about them even my husband got a pair! Best purchase ever! The bass in these are incredible! I wear one in my ear so I can still hear people a little. When I put both in and turn on music I can’t hear a peep which I love. My husband calls me at work and loves how long his battery lasts and fast they charge. The app for these buds is super helpful. I recommend these to everyone who asks!

I had a pair of elite active 65T for a few years and they were fantastic. My teenage son had been asking for some Bluetooth headphones so I decided to pass those down to him and buy myself an upgrade. Turns out I should’ve kept the ones I had. The 75T does sound incredible. The audio quality is definitely upgraded from the older version. I also thought the true waterproof would be a nice feature, and it is! The problem is that the left earbud seems to disconnect on a somewhat regular basis and will not reconnect itself until I have put both earbuds back into the charging case for a long period of time. Putting both earbuds into the case for a minute or two is not long enough and won’t solve the problem. When I’m out on a walk or a jog the left earbud will intermittently lose connection, sometimes for as long as 10 minutes before it drops all together. I actually returned my first purchase for the same reason but the replacements do the exact same thing. I’m currently working with Jabra directly to try and see if there is any other resolution but at this point I’m assuming it is a design defect in this particular product. I would love to give these a better recommendation And rating because they truly sound incredible when they both work and being waterproof is a great feature as well. But without having a stable connection between the left and right earphones, all of the good things start to fall apart.

These are perfect! The first time I used them, I was doing a lot of core movements while leaning on my left or right side. The left ear is kept falling out. I changed the rubber insert to a smaller one (also came in the package) and that fixed it. I’ve done multiple workouts since and neither have fallen out since! There’s jumping, up and down movements, etc. and they work perfectly. The sound is AMAZING (bass is perfect!) and the hear-through options works so well. I use this feature to remain aware of my surroundings at the gym or wearing them anywhere outside of my home (safety first). Get these! Stop researching and just buy them. You won’t regret it! My husband bought a different brand the same day I got my Jabra’s and ended up returning his and getting a pair of Jabra’s of his own.

Hey, so, the good news! The sound from these little earbuds is exceptional, especially if you enjoy quality bass tones. And thanks to an equalizer with both pre-sets and manual control, you can smooth out the heavy bass for those that enjoy a more mild version. Another big plus is how light and how slim the profile is on these things; they don't stick out wildly past your ear and they're incredibly comfortable. I use these on my runs every single day, and on the long runs, they've never become uncomfortable. For added awareness for traffic while running, a single tap to the left ear piece allows a feature called "Hear Through" - which essentially is a low-pass amplification of sound in your surrounding environment, with sensitivity that can be adjusted in the mobile app settings. Okay, there's bad news (otherwise, you'd be seeing 5 stars)! A double tap to the right earbud will initiate the voice assistant (for iOS, Android), or to answer an incoming call. That's when the oddity occurs; the left earbud will silence and as soon as you're done with the voice assistant or phone call, the left earbud remains dead. As in, not recognizable to your smartphone, the Jabra mobile app, or anything else for that matter. Disconnecting from Bluetooth, resetting Bluetooth, a hard close on the mobile app, a hard reset on the smartphone, powering down and starting the earbuds, cursing like a sailor... none of that will get the left earbud to turn back on. After a ton of experimenting and multiple exchanges with Jabra tech advisors, I found that the only solution is to re-seat the earbuds back into its charging case, it'll disconnect from your smartphone, wait 35 seconds, remove them, and then the left earbud will rejoin the game. It happens, a LOT. Imagine an accidental double tap on the right earbud when you only intended to mute (single tap) or increase the volume (long and hold press). I don't dare to answer a phone call when I'm listening with those earbuds. I suppose one could always keep the charging case with them at all times... seems somewhat counterintuitive, but hey, when I'm going for my long runs, I pack it along. It's THAT annoying to have those drop-outs. By the way, I discovered this is a recurring issue with the Elite Active 65T models and up. Don't get me wrong, I do like and enjoy the quality of the Jabra Elite Active 75T - comfort and sound quality goes a long way. Would I recommend this? Sure, just as long as you're willing to put up with an infrequent oddball dropout in sound from the left earbud... or, never answer calls or the voice assistant. Problem solved!

Best sound i have heard in a long time, from a pair of earbuds. The app you download for it makes these earbuds even better. They have a long charge on the earbuds and the case has gotten a lot better holding a charge along with opening. Will not be buying anything but Jabra from now on. Jabra has really done a great job with the active 75t.

Can't believe these are $100 right now!!!! Worth it and every penny. Be careful how you clean them. Shouldn't really use alcohol, and believe the instructions say to use a gentle lint free cloth with some water and nothing else. Sort of like apple. Only thing is the ear bud hurts awhile and take them out to only clean them off on my shirt or a napkin and put them back in. Great for using in the rain or inclement weather. Have not fallen out, except one time in was a down pour and didn't have a hood or an umbrella. Noticed it, and did not lose it. The app is great by the way too!!!! Would buy these again, Originally paid $150 for Black Friday in 2020. Get em' While there HOT!!! Also!!! Get a Case for them.
