Based on information I have researched, the Active variant of the 75t have a better IP (ingress protection, i.e. waterproof protection) rating. They also come in a soft touch plastic (slightly rubbery) finish, rather than the smooth plastic finish that the Elite 75ts have. The Actives will have some additional software features released in Q2 of 2020, but it is believed that the Elites will receive the same features via a firmware update, though Jabra has not confirmed that yet. I personally use my Jabras almost exclusively for exercise and running, so I opted for the Elite Active 75t to replace my current Elite Active 65t as I value the waterproofing as well as the rubbery texture, which I have found helps keep them in my ears a little bit better. That said, my wife has the Elite 75ts, and they are extremely secure in her ears and mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Major difference is the waterproofing and warranty. Regular = IP55 and 2 year warranty (though sweat damage is not mentioned). Active = IP57 and 2 year warranty specifically mentions sweat damage covered for two years. There is a “soft touch” coating on the Active’s which are not in the regulars, presumably due to the extra waterproofing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the biggest difference is the activewear coating, and the IP57 waterproof (the 75t elite has IP55)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Never got the regular 75t, so I can't say much about them. I can say that coming from the Elite 65t and going to these that these have better water/sweat resistance. I also like the feel of them being "rubberized" make them easier to hold onto. That is a plus for me. I thought the same thing before making the leap on these though. What does the extra $20 get me? I think the extra protection from sweat and the elements to me is more like an insurance policy than anything. If the regular model is like the 65t I would say that the extra grip helps a lot with keeping them in yours years as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The 75t’s are rated IP55 and the Active 75t are rated IP57. Basically just better water resistance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Biggest difference is going to be the the water resistance and the active coming with a 2 year warranty from Jabra for sweat damage. Also the active has a "rubber like" finish on the inside next to the connectors that help it grip on the skin better.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.actives elites are water proof the regular ones are not water proof just resistant
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had 75T which didnt fit well and sounded over bassy. For 20 Bucks more you get. 1. 1/3 more battery power 2. smaller case 3. better overall sound 4. cool colors (if that is your thing). 5. truly waterproof headphones 6. smaller and better fitting headphones. 7. app upgrade later this year will autotune your headphones.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Look at the Jabra website for the comparison
