“Do you have to download a "driver" in order to connect to a device (such as my laptop)? My laptop see's the Jabra but it will not connect - or stay connected and I cannot hear anything!”

I use Apple products. I’m not sure how the process is performed if using Windows or Android devices. After downloading the app on my iPhone, I simply Airdrop the app to my other devices and set the app up within the device(s) and through Bluetooth.
