Thank you for your question. The Jabra Talk 25 is engineering to connect to mobile devices like smartphones and tablets. We do not support connecting the Talk 25 to a computer, and cannot guarantee functionality.

I connected my Jabra25 with Windows 10 desktop easily. Works with Cortana, speech recognition, and Your Phone Companion after selecting Jabra microphone in Sound settings. (Search for "Sound Settings" from Start menu.) Works for dictation in MS Word, etc.. Wherever you put the cursor. Speech recognition must be installed and active. (Found in Control Panel.) Dictated this answer.

Not officially but it has worked fine for me - it connects to Windows 10 Bluetooth without a problem. Like I said, though, it isn't officially supported.
