We recommend that you contact our support team to find a product that supports the features you are interested in: https://www.jabra.com/ServiceMenu/contact/ContactJabraSupport/ContactJabraSupportConsumer.

It does do different ring tones in your ear but I haven't figured out why yet as it really doesn't differentiate between callers. You would still need to look at your phone to see who is calling you. It does not offer talk to text or text to talk. In fact, you might hear that you received a text, but I can't remember if it does it all the time. It does not offer "answer or ignore" feature, either, which I simultaneously love and hate, so you have to either touch your phone or the earpiece to answer calls. It is very plain. BUT it does offer good sound quality for the price and has decent battery life. I am on my phone, talking at least 8 hours in a day and it rarely runs out of juice. It also is able to connect to two phones which is an absolute must for me. If you are needing all the bells and whistles, you may need a Jabra that costs closer to $100+. OR you may need to go with Plantronics brand. I recommend either but it really depends on what features you need and how much you want to spend!
