• No you can't wear the headset over your ear.

• It may work, the reason I think it will is because it does not fit like a traditional blue tooth . It sticks out and away from the inner ear, which will provide room for your hearing aid. The volume is low and poor clarity so keep this in mind. I am dissapointed with my purchase.
