Overall build quality and sound are generally good. Main complaints... 1) Battery life is TERRIBLE, and does not last anywhere near as long as stated it should. 2) Charging takes far longer than it should. 3) The "battery low" voice prompt is incredibly annoying, comes on too soon even as there appears to be more than enough power, and disrupts conversations repeatedly. It should be an unintrusive, simple, soft cue/beep instead. 4) The power button/redial is located in an awkward spot that causes you to inadvertently activate either when adjusting earpiece in ear (hangs up on calls) or storing it in a pocket, purse, etc. (Redials constantly). Thus it must always be off when adjusting in ear or stowed in a pocket, purse, etc. For these basic design shortcomings, this item should be at a lower end price point.

I do not think that for the money you can beat the Jabra-Talk 35 Bluetooth Headset!! I have tried more expensive ones, but I am extremely pleased with both the comfort and performance of this Bluetooth Headset.

The Bluetooth performance is good, some what easy to connect. The earhook was too small, not good for large ear and makes your ear sore.

Very disappointed and disgusted. The product was not new and had a whitish substance all in the ear piece. There is wear and tear on much of the black area.

It's a good headset for calls. Your voice will be clear on the other end due to the dual mic design. Battery backup is about 4 hrs of talk time. The volume seems to be low on calls full volume for this headset is just half volume level for wired headsets.
Overall it's a good product.

Technically, this unit works fine. However, I got it for my wife and her long phone conversations with her sisters, but she found it too much a bother to connect and set up that she ends up just wearing her arm out instead to hold the phone to her head. So 4 stars for quality of construction and sound, 2 stars for ease of use.

High Quality Basic Headset

This headset has very good sound and fits snug within your ear. It comes with a 2nd over the ear hook that is larger than the one on the headset should you need it. It also comes with 2 other covers for the piece that goes into your ear that allow you to use the headset without the over the ear hook, however, I found that the headset does not feel like it will stay in place using those. It has all the basic functions you need to make and receive calls and it also allows you to use it as a streaming headset for videos and music on your phone. Finally the pairing function is quick and easy. The only thing that is annoying is it makes announcements when it is paired and when you press the volume down button to check the battery level and those announcements are very loud! You cannot change the volume of those announcements so just hold it close to your ear to hear them before you put it in your ear. The instruction manual is only 3 pages and is mostly diagrams. It needs to be beefed up especially for people new to using headsets with their cell phones.

In comparison to my favorite Bluetooth which is the Motorola Boom, this is the next best thing available at Best Buy, the size, not having to stick inside my ear but to lay against it, clarity of sound, high/loud volume availability, & no feedback are a must for me, and I get all of that with the Motorola Boom but it's slowly becoming extinct. However, this particular device the Jabra Talk35, is the closest I've been able to get to what I desire and outside of having to stick it inside my ear & causing it hurt, I am satisfied with it for now.

I have had this Jabra- talk 35, for about 10 days. It was easy to connect and it fits nicely in my ear. I only use it when I get a call, so it is only in my ear during the call. Most of my calls only last about 45-60 minutes. It does bother me a little bit if the call lasts much longer but I could easily switch ears. It tells me how much charge the battery has, when I turn the volume up or down, which is handy.
It also comes with several fittings, so you can see which one fits your ear. The call is very clear and the person I'm talking to seems to hear me just fine.

I like how it tells me who is calling.. However, i can't seem to get a good fit in my ear. the part that goes into your ear is huge and the earpiece does not sit well over the ear as result, could easily fall of the ear and be lost.
So I'm somewhat disappointed.
