Hello marieeeee - The Jabra Talk 45 does support the Bluetooth profile "PBAP" which is required for the headset to announce your caller. Remember that the mobile device you are using must also have this capability. To answer a call you can simply say, "Answer." To reject a call, simply say, "Ignore." Thank you!
