• A:Answer Hello Janice, thank you for your question. The text message readout feature on the Jabra Assist app, which is the app that supports the Jabra Talk 45, is only available on Android smartphones. However, as long as you have an Android phone, the Talk 45 will be able to read your texts, your emails, and your upcoming calendar events.

• A:Answer Hello Mark, Thank you for your question. This Jabra Talk 45 comes with a micro USB cord that you can use with a powered USB port on a computer, or with a wall adapter. If you are using a wall adapter please make sure it is between 500mA – 2A and is NOT Apple branded. Thank you.

• A:Answer Hello Becky - As long as your phone supports this, the Jabra Talk 45 will indeed announce the contact who is calling. Make sure that your phone supports the Bluetooth phonebook access profile (PBAP) and that the name of the caller is stored in your phone book. You will also need to 'accept' any permissions that appear when pairing the Talk 45 to allow access to the phone book.

• A:Answer Hello marieeeee - The Jabra Talk 45 does support the Bluetooth profile "PBAP" which is required for the headset to announce your caller. Remember that the mobile device you are using must also have this capability. To answer a call you can simply say, "Answer." To reject a call, simply say, "Ignore." Thank you!
