Yes, you have to switch the clear ear hook to the opposite side.

Yess it can, only thing to have to do though to switch ears is to take off the ear hook and put it back on accordingly depending which ear you want to wear it on. I attached two pics showing vise versa.

Yes. Extra pieces are included so you can use on either your left or right ear. As well as over ear hooks or in ear hooks

Yes. You can slide the hook off that goes over your ear and put it on the other way as well.
