“I can't seem to get both my ear buds to play at the same time. I've tried turning off bluetooth, I've tried double clicking!!”

Hold the power button down on both ear buds until they blink red and turn off. Place them back in the charger for maybe 10 seconds. Remove them without pressing any buttons they should power on and sink themselves. Go into your devices bluetooth menu and select them and you should be good to go.
