“Do they stay in while running or riding a bike?”

• They do while running. I've never had them even move around a little in my ears, they always have a snug fit still after my runs. I can't speak for biking though.

• They are pretty food at staying inside the ear but if you sweat a lot, be careful riding bike with them you might lose one

• They stayed in very nice, I jog and bike with them and they have never fall out from my ears. The sound is amanzing, and the charging case can charge them like 10 times. I really don't know how they pulled it off for that price. They come with different rubber tips, in my case I'm using a small one in my right ear and a medium in my left. Great choice......

• 3 earbud adapter is included S-M-L. Try each one and see which one fits best - I found the perfect size and they stay on pretty good running /jumping/ rowing etc
