• You can connect both earbuds to your phone at the same time. When you listen to music, it plays thru both earbuds at the same time. During phone calls, it only uses one earbud.

• Yes. You have the option to use in mono or stereo. Stereo is by default. They connect automatically.

• Yes. They connect to each other for stereo listening. You essentially have two Bluetooth devices thatyou can connect to - one in mono mode (that shows up as on your Bluetooth list as 'Jam Ultra Mono' and another that's stereo, which shows up on your list as 'Jam Ultra'. When stereo mode is working, it's great! But if you're moving around it often cuts out for a few seconds at a time. Hope that helps.

• they can me used in either Mono or stereo Mode. meaning yes they both work together if you want, but if u just want to use one of them, just leave the other one in the case and it will just keep charging.
