“The buds don't sync, it's cutting in and out, hardly any sound from both buds together, it's like coming and going from L to R. I'm using it to watch TV at night. Other bluetooth headphones work fine. Are there any firmware update that can fix this?”

To get them to sync turn your Bluetooth off and take them out of the case.. press the buttons on top of the buds twice quickly..they should start pulsing/breathing blue and then start to flash(searching for device) then turn on Jam Ultra in your Bluetooth settings.... I hope this was helpful!
