QuestionWhen calling somebody I can only hear the tone on my right bud what about the left one how can I listen to calls on both the earbuds ?

- Answer Chris from what i have been able to figure out you are not going to be able to hear from both buds. it has something to do with mic configuration I THINK!! Not 100% sure i will keep giving it a try and see what I can come up with if I make any progress I will let you know

- Answer I tried to use these earbuds with my older Home Theater system. I have a external Bluetooth transmitter that uses the headphone audio output signal as its source. The sound would drop out every few minutes and sometimes the earbuds would disconnect from Bluetooth. I contacted Jam Audio. They told me that the Live True earbuds will NOT work with Bluetooth dongles or external transmitters. The earbuds are designed to only work with Bluetooth that is embedded in a device. I returned the earbuds.

QuestionThe right earbud plays the music but the sound is lower than the left earbud. I noticed that the sensor in the middle is pushed in. Do I need new ones or is there a way where i can fix it?

QuestionI work in an office. I want to use one earbud at a time while charging the other as I work 10-14 hours shifts. Is this easily done with these? I'm listening to pandora/netflix on my phone? How is sound quality for using one earbud at a time?

- Answer These earbuds may work with a laptop that has built-in Bluetooth. They do NOT work with a dongle. I contacted Jam Audio. They told me that by design the Live True earbuds will NOT work with dongles or external transmitters. They are designed to only work with Bluetooth that is embedded in a device.

QuestionHow do I get these to stay kny ear. They are small and just slip right out of my ear. Bought rubber ear clips to go on the inside of my ear but it doesn't help. Should I return them?

- Answer I had the same problem and switched to the smaller rubber pieces. That make the problem better but did not fix it completely. There's just something odd with the fit of these.

QuestionThe buds don't sync, it's cutting in and out, hardly any sound from both buds together, it's like coming and going from L to R. I'm using it to watch TV at night. Other bluetooth headphones work fine. Are there any firmware update that can fix this?

- Answer To get them to sync turn your Bluetooth off and take them out of the case.. press the buttons on top of the buds twice quickly..they should start pulsing/breathing blue and then start to flash(searching for device) then turn on Jam Ultra in your Bluetooth settings.... I hope this was helpful!

QuestionI use the Jam ultras while running and ive only had my pair for about a month, maybe 3 runs a week. The left jam started slowly getting quieter and quieter and now i can barely hear it at all no matter what i turn the volume to, the right jam works fine.

- Answer I had the same issue, mine was the right side. I contacted Jam and they asked me to return the faulty unit (they provided a prepaid shipping label) and they sent out a new replacement set. It took about three weeks from mailing the old set to receiving the new set.

- Answer You may want to try removing them from the case and putting them back in to see if you get a red LED. The blue light indicates they are paired.

- Answer When the ted light is there that means that your earbuds are charging.. wen the red light shuts off it means they’re done.. flashing red and blue just means they’re not completely lined up with the charging metal circle things so try to just move it around a little to try to get them to line up
