QuestionRight earbud doesn't have sound. The right earbud pairs properly with the left and my phone however it doesn't have any sound even in mono mode. I don't know if the right earbud has a startup sound like the left because I can't hear that either.

QuestionI’ve tried out three different pairs of these and they all sound blown. like it sounds all crackly and bad. i don’t know what’s wrong but it doesn’t sound like this for my friend with a samsung but sounds like this for me on iphone

QuestionHey guys I just bought my earbuds 3 days ago and now the right earbud is stuttering and then the sound just stops playing, I have to tap the earbud in order for it to play a little sound. Is this a connection issue or a faulty earbud?

QuestionI cannot get the left bud to turn on or off when out of the case. It will turn red while in the case (3 days of trying), but cannot get any light outside of charging case.

- Answer I believe so in the beginning of Blue Tooth on the Xbox and PS4 it took a certain type of Blue Tooth Device. Now I believe you can use any Blue Tooth approved item. Meaning they have removed the program coding that required the special BT operating system that was only offered in Play Station or Xbox Brand items. I would also check with Greek Squad before I completed the purchase at the Store.

- Answer It could be your phone. I would check and see if you can pair it to another device and see if you are getting the same output. Otherwise it could be a defect
