“Hey so my jam ultra earbuds keep turning off all of a sudden after two songs, they just turn off. Did anybody amhave the same problem, if so how did you fix it. Please Help”

I have never had that problem but if I did it's always good to charge your ear piece everyday for a least 2 hours (prior to your daily activities) the charge last at least 6 to 8 hours daily.
