Look at your bluetooth devices on your phone when u turn on the headphones jam headset will apear. If you have an iphone then idk. They usually have their own stuff like the straws.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.These usually connect well. Worst case, turn off your buds, then turn off your phone's bluetooth. Then turn your bluetooth back on, then your earbuds. Bluetooth doesn't have the same range as wifi for some reason. Something to consider if your phone is not in your pocket.
