“I bought these just under 3 weeks ago and already the right ear bud just doesn’t seem to charge any more. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to trouble shoot it?”

Yep I did that straight away when they initially showed some issues, there’s nothing blocking them though, they slot into the charger fine but just don’t charge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure there's nothing blocking the connector in your case. I once found a small piece of plastic had fallen into the charging dock and it worked after I cleaned it out.
