• It will only connect to one earbud it will not play music on both it loud and i like that but i what the to connect to both of them but they won't i would have to connect to another bluetooth setting to hear from the other one but when i connect to it i would have to disconnect from the one im hearing music from to use the other one i just wont to get what i paid for i want to keep using jam and buying from the brand.

• It could simply be a factory fault and need replacing. Its possible that the sound on playback in phone settings is not balanced. ..Click the sound icon on phone taskbar, go 2 playback devices, click on headphones then properties. You can adjust sound volume 4 your preference
