Only one of the ear buds works? Tried everything. null

I've had this issue with mine before, what worked for me is to turn both buds off then double click the function button on both buds at the same time. The buds should pair together if charged and then should sync with the last device they were paired with. Hope this works for you.

I had the same problem. Make sure you don’t have the Mono Bluetooth option selected. Mine kept automatically selecting that one. I believe all I did was click on the other option and I haven’t had any problems sense.
