“My right earbud is quieter than the left one. I saw the other comment saying take it out of my ears and adjust, I've tried but it didn't work. Should I return the product and exchange for new ones?”

Of course, if they are buffering or have performance issues then you should take them back and that is unfortunate cause my earbuds work just fine

I assume you have tried using both earbuds in the same ear; if they both go low, you have a hearing problem in that ear; if only one earbud goes low I would suspect a technical problem and return the product; I don't think there is any way to adjust the sound level in one earbud.
