Make sure your phone is outputting dual audio... my phone updated and defaulted back to single output and i had the same issue... then it hit me...

To sync, “forget” connections; double clicking both earbuds puts them into syncing mode (check instructions); will blink blue together; reconnect

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If this problem is occurring, it probably means your Bluetooth is connected to Jam Ultra Mono, which only plays music in one ear bud. If that is the case, open you Bluetooth setting and select Jam Ultra. This should correct the problem.
