“The right earbud won’t work. The left one plays music just fine and I have tried clicking the button twice to try to connect the left and right but it doesn’t work. The left just flashes blue and red and just won’t work. They’re charged so it’s not that.”

If you purchased geek squad coverage, then just take them back to the store for replacements. If not, contact the company to see if they are still under warrenty.
