• Yes. You might want to go to a track to calibrate it to match your pace, but once that is done, it is accurate.

• Yes it tracks steps and logs them into miles and u can set it up to personally fit your fitness goals

• Yes it will tell you how far you have gone but primarily it tracks steps. It will display miles too though.

• It counts steps only. You can convert steps to miles if you know how long your stride is.
