• Minimum weight is 12 lbs. It goes up in increments of 6 lb up to maximum of 42. e.g. 12 lbs, 18 lbs, 24 lbs, 30 lbs, 36 lbs, and 42 lbs. Good flexibility of weights. If you need heavier ones, get the traditional kettlebell instead of these, as they have the classic cannonball shape, these would be awkward to maneuver.
