“can I swim laps with these?”

• I highly doubt it. Even with 3 sizes to choose from, they never fit snug in my ear. They fall out jumping rope and slip out very easily in the shower. I doubt they stay in reliably for laps.

• they are waterproof to 1.5 meters,,, but bluetooth does not work through water...

• Maybe surface swimming. Not meant to go diving or wakeboarding with forceful water. From their website; "IP68 & military-spec ratings for protection against dust, water, sweat, and drops" Which pretty much means they are tested up to 1.5 meters underwater for 30 minutes.
