I bought mine a year and half ago. They suddenly stopped working, and my Best Buy Warranty fully covered them for a new pair. I went ahead and got a new protection plan for 19.99. Glad I got the protection plan.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy's typical policy is 15 days. Or 30...depending of your status with them. However Jaybird should offer a one year warranty with purchase. Mine last for hours so I would definitely get them swapped out sooner than later. You would have to go to the Jaybird website, register, and submit a claim. I tried calling them but had no luck. They will help your issue either they fix it or send you a new one. Your case looks like a defected battery, my x3 still goin strong after all this months and you know it sounds great
