It's a matter of trying out the different sizes of the earbuds and attachments until you find a decent fit. There's never been a run when I don't have to readjust them multiple times, but with all that said, they're worth it. I've had Jaybird headphones since they first came out so I've pretty much gotten used to readjusting them during my runs.

There is 3 different size of fins and 6 different ear tips so one of those combinations should work for you. I will say that the included clip that clips on your color is a good idea. It helps the cord to stay centered and fights the pull of the control unit.
