A solid amber light on the subwoofer pairing button means that it's disconnected with the soundbar. Please perform a manual pairing. On the subwoofer, press and hold until the subwoofer button flashes white. To enter the subwoofer pairing mode on the soundbar, press and hold on Bass button the remote control until “SUBWOOFER SPK” is displayed. Press - on the remote control. Once “SUBWOOFER CONNECTED” is displayed it means that the subwoofer is connected to the soundbar.
