“I'm having a problem with the woofer. It loses connection with the soundbar. I've tried everything, including moving the woofer. When I turn my tv on in the morning the woofer works for a few hours and then turns off. Tried pairing, turn off/on.”

There are many factors why your subwoofer tends to disconnect from your JBL Bar 2.1. Please try the following methods to see if that resolves the issue: 1. Make sure that there are no obstacles or objects that could be disrupting the connecting between your Bar 2.1 and subwoofer. 2. Try moving your subwoofer closer to your soundbar. 3. Try disconnecting both your subwoofer and soundbar from the power source and reconnect again after 3-5 minutes. 4. Try to reset your device. Press and hold the Source, VOL+, and VOL- buttons at the same time until the “reset” text appears on your soundbars display.
