Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your TV has HDMI (ARC) then connect that to the HDMI 'out' on this SB and you're in business with no fuss. TV remote will cotrol the vol, but not the other functions such as bass level, input select or sound / EQ setting.

Please try again later.I have an older model smart Samsung tv (2010) on Xfinity and hooked up the sound bar with HDMI cable, Change the speaker setting on tv to external speaker, plug in sound bar and it should play. I turned the volume on the tv down at first using the Xfinity remote then adjust the sound bar to about 15. You can then adjust the bar with Xfinity to whatever level. Bluetooth, once it is paired with sound bar works the same. Press the Bluetooth button on for listening to iPhone, once ink 2.1 appears on phone, click on it. You can then control volume with either phone or sound at remote. Whole setup took about 10 minutes. I leave the bass on high all the time as I use the bar to enhance the tv sound. Listen to Spotify on my phone thru the sound bar as well. Bought pre Black Friday and have had no issues from getgo.
