Thank you for letting us know about your JBL Bar 500. First, try to power cycle both devices by unplugging the power cables from the Bar 500 and your TV. Wait for two minutes, then plug them back in and turn them on. Next, check the connections and ensure the HDMI cable is firmly plugged into the HDMI ports (eARC) on both the soundbar and TV. Try using a different HDMI cable if possible. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
