• Matt you cannot connect an jbl boombox 2 to a extreme 2 because the jbl boombox 2 has partyboost and the xtreme 2 has connect +

• Question is weirdly asked but if a I am reading it right, the answer is YES. You can connect a single JBL boombox 1 to two JBL xtreme 2’s

• yea just bought boombox2 and trying this, not working so far but confirmed that 2 extreme 2's can connect to the boombox (1) and it is something else.

• Can I connect 2 year old JBL boom box to new JBL boom box 2 ? Got app but don’t seem to connect speakers together. One at a time works not both at same time .

• Awesome question! The answer is yes. Since our JBL Boombox and JBL Xtreme 2 speakers both have the Connect + feature, you should be able to connect all speakers together for amplified sound. First, pair speaker A to your device through Bluetooth. Once connected, grab speaker B and speaker C and turn them on.
