“Sound decided to disappear. Worked for 9 months then just stopped. It lights up that its on but doesn't play sound. Its not a connection prob since it connects to bluetooth from my phone to play music but still nothing from soundbar. What is wrong??”

Pressing both of the soundbar’s Volume buttons at the same time while the system is on will mute the system. Please press either Volume button and it will restore the sound. If this doesn't help, perform a reset. This will reset it to the way it was when it came out of the box, and will hopefully fix the problem you are having. 1. Switch the SB400 ON. 2. Press and hold the Surround and Volume (–) buttons simultaneously for about 3-4 seconds, then let go. The Source selection Button flashes amber, followed by the power button and source buttons flashing several times. 3. The soundbar is now reset. It is important not to press too hard on the Volume- button, because that will also press down the Volume+ end of the button, and the reset will not work then. If you press too hard, two clicks should be felt or heard, indicating that this is wrong.
