• No. I use it for walks (3 miles or longer). I clip it to my jacket many times. If you use a hoodie, you can also clip it to the strings (with a knot). Not a problem at all.

• It would work perfectly on a backpack, might sag a bit on a jacket.

• Not at all. It is very light. Once secured with the clip it does move a bit but the clip itself is small enough so that it does not bounce. I have 4 of them and for the price and performance they're great.

• It’s not heavy at all, I don’t personally have it clipped to my clothing but placing it on my belt strap right now as a test and it doesn’t feel heavy or bothersome to me
