“I wear hearing aids that go into my ear canal with a unit that rests behind my ear. Will the noise canceling feature eliminate feedback? I have tried regular headphones on that go over the ear and get feedback.”

Great question... .I wear hearing aids (Siemens .. same as you describe) and like other headphones, I get momentary feedback when I put the phones on but it immediately stops and I am able to enjoy the headphones with no issue.
