How about be honest JBL, these are just awful. I have a gently and seldomly used pair that over a year old and the left ear pod will not charge. I’m not alone, read the reviews.

I have had issues to where the one headphone becomes distorted or just stops charging in the dock itself, but replaced under warrenty both times. They both come with a 1 year warrenty through the jbl manufacturer. You would fill out their online warrenty form along with details. They will then email you back on how to proceed. I personally always go with the best buy warrenties on top of the manufacturer. This always tends to make it a bit more convenient especially with their typically amazing customer servixe. It tends to make it a little more hassle free for the little bit extra.
