“What is the name of the app for these? The current JBL headphones app that I found in google play doesn't support this model. Also my right head phone wont connect and flashes blue and red. what should I do? Thank You.”

Please try again later.Update: I wasnt able to find the app however a friend was able to determine that the headphones were disconnected from eachother and needed to be tapped three times each at the same time to reconnect them. All is well now. :) Also thank you customer support for reaching out! <3
