Yes they can. They come with a cord that can be plugged in to the unit and any sound source with a stereo mini plug like a computer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes they do work via wired. However the construction of the headphone jack is of poor quality and you have to hold the head phones in "just right" and not move in order to get audio to work in both ears.
