QuestionCan 2 Flip 5's be configured to work in stereo mode when connected to a non-smartphone Bluetooth transmitter such as a TV? Or does stereo only work when connected to a smartphone running a JBL app?

- Answer Our JBL Flip 5 can only be set up in stereo mode with our JBL Portable app via phone or tablet. Our JBL Portable app is the only one that has the option to set a PartyBoost speaker to stereo mode. Unfortunately, it's not available for smart TVs.

QuestionIf i use the zoom platform from my laptop i am able to connect the flip 5 speaker to hear clearer. However if i try using zoom from my mobile device or any mobile device and try connecting the FLIP 5 to hear it, doesnt connect. Any help?

- Answer Our JBL Flip 5 comes with a Type C USB cable while Our JBL Flip 4 has a micro-USB cable to charge the unit. So it's not possible to use the cable from JBL Flip 5 to Flip 4 speaker.

QuestionIf it only has one speaker (as it says in the specifications) how does it produce crisp highs like a speaker with a separate Tweeter would? It looks like this speaker has just one woofer and reminds me of the bazooka bass speakers.
