“Is it possible to use Bluetooth only, without connecting to wireless?”

• You'll have to set it up first through the Google home app before you can connect it through bluetooth.

• Yes but you still have to go through setup before you can do anything with it.

• Yes, if you want to connect it to a device such as a phone or any other Bluetooth capable device. The WiFi is for if you would like to tell it to do something with google chrome cast.
