Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When we received it in the mail my daughter turned it on and it is a great speaker! It had a charge not a full one but she played with it for a while. We changed it a little more and took it of the charger took it in the other room and it is amazing, you might have gotten a bad one!!! It was not hooked to the charger and played great, I'm going to get another if its still on sale can't go wrong with it way beyond my expectations!! Return for another, love it!!!
