Must be something with the cellphone itself, or th app you're playing the music from. My problem has been different with me the music cuts off after a song finishes so i will have to go and turn up the volume.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same issue with the volume control. It goes up randomly. I've returned three speakers now and they all have the same issues. It shouldn't be the music app, I use Itunes.
