“Hi!! I have the JBL PartyBox 310. As soon as I connected the wire microphone the lights in the echo turned on. After unplugging the microphone the echo lights remain on in white light even if I adjust the buttons down. How can I turn off the white color?”

Try to download the JBL PartyBox app available on IOS and Android. You can control the lights from there, but before you open the app, make sure the speaker is powered on and its connected via Bluetooth to the device you will be opening the app from.
