I’ve been using the JBL PartyBox 310 for a while now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The first thing that stands out is the sound quality. The bass is deep and powerful without overpowering the vocals, while the highs remain crisp and clear even at high volumes. Whether I’m listening to hip-hop, EDM, reggae, pop, or acoustic music, the speaker delivers balanced, room-filling audio. One of my favorite features is how loud it gets without noticeable distortion. It easily fills a large backyard, garage, or living room, making it perfect for family gatherings, barbecues, birthdays, and outdoor events. The built-in light show adds a fun atmosphere, especially at night, and can be adjusted or turned off depending on the occasion. Battery life has been excellent for my needs, lasting through extended listening sessions without constantly needing to recharge. The built-in wheels and telescoping handle make it surprisingly easy to transport despite its size, which is a huge advantage if you frequently move it between locations. Bluetooth pairing is quick and reliable, and I appreciate the additional connectivity options, including microphone and guitar inputs for karaoke or live performances. The JBL PartyBox app is easy to use and allows convenient control of settings and lighting effects. The build quality feels solid and durable, and the splash-resistant design provides added confidence when using it outdoors near the pool or during unpredictable weather. While it’s not lightweight, that’s understandable considering the impressive sound output and battery capacity. If I had one minor criticism, it would be that the speaker is larger than many portable Bluetooth speakers, but that’s the trade-off for its exceptional performance and powerful sound. Overall, the JBL PartyBox 310 delivers outstanding audio quality, impressive bass, excellent battery life, useful features, and durable construction. If you’re looking for a portable party speaker that consistently provides powerful, high-quality sound for both indoor and outdoor use, I highly recommend it. It’s been an excellent purchase and continues to impress every time I use it.

I bought my first 310 when it was released at the end of October 2020. It was everything I was looking for in a portable speaker. I wanted something with good sound quality and decent bass. This speaker exceeded my expectations! The sound quality is excellent and there's more bass than I expected. I use it a lot in my work van since the factory radio is awful, you can really feel the bass in the cab. I've also taken it to a couple of jobsites (I'm in construction), but only ones I know the speaker is pretty safe from getting damaged. But I have received a lot of compliments on how good the speaker sounds. I have had multiple people ask the price, and hesitate about it, but then as I show them the light show, the app, the pullout handle, the wheels, and of course they're hearing the sound quality, they say they're probably going to buy one. Most of the time, when you bring a speaker to a jobsite, people just go with it and listen to whatever as background noise, but with this speaker, everyone always has to come check it out. This speaker is so good, I had to hear it paired together with another so I bought a second one. Two of them together sound great with the same sound signature, but now with an expanded stereo field. And everything is very easy to do in the app. I turn on the speakers and the one pairs with my phone right away, I go to the Partybox app, click on TWS, the second speakers shows up so I click on that, and stereo. You can switch to just party mode, where they both play as two mono speakers. If you push on either speaker icon it'll light up so you can see which one is the Left or Right channel. There are two levels of Bass Boost. It sounds like Bass Boost 1 is for more lower bass, and Bass Boost 2 is more mid bass. I keep mine locked on Bass Boost 1 as I like the lower frequency bass better. Anyway, the Partybox 310 is an awesome speaker. If you're on the fence, just get it, you'll be happy. Pros: portable, long battery life, great sound quality, pull out handle and wheels, splashproof rated, pairs easily to another same model JBL, very easy to use companion app Cons: I have nothing bad to say about this speaker

This speaker is an absolute game changer. The sound quality is powerful, clear, and the bass hits hard without sounding muddy. It easily fills up any space, whether it’s indoors or outside, and still sounds great even when you turn it up loud. The light show is one of my favorite features—it syncs perfectly with the music and really adds to the vibe. It makes every get-together feel like a real party. The battery life is also solid, lasting up to around 18 hours, so you don’t have to worry about charging it constantly. I also like how easy it is to move around thanks to the wheels and handle. It’s definitely not small, but it’s very portable for how powerful it is. The mic and guitar inputs are a nice bonus too if you want to switch things up with karaoke.

To give some background I had been looking for a large more powerful Bluetooth Speaker as I already own several small Bluetooth speakers as well as the JBL Pulse 3. And I learned that between my JBL pulse and other branded Bluetooth speakers that the JBL has a extremely noticeable difference in audio quality! I researched and compared the JBL PartyBox On The Go, Boombox 100, 300 and 310. I finally decided on the 310 because it had a handle and wheels making it easier to move around the house (in doors or outdoors and Garage) plus unlike the others it had an IPX4 water resistant rating and as I live in Florida sudden rain showers and splashes around our swimming pool could be an issue and I didn’t want to panic if it got splashed or rained on suddenly! The IPX4 gives me peace of mind that it can take a little water and give me time to get it out of the rain. I also chose the 310 over the 100 as it has a much larger internal battery than the 100 and the 310 can run on Battery, AC and DC Power while the 100 only runs off it’s battery so if the battery stops working you can’t use the speaker. I have played the 310 on battery for between 4-7hrs and still had quite a bit of charge left on the battery (Speaker volume between 40-70% and level 1 Bass Boost and no light show). I chose the 310 over the 300 as the 310 is IPX4, has a handle and wheels and the interactive JBL PartyBox App for my iPhone XR! The sound on this 310 is simply amazing it is so clear and the Bass is amazing! In MHO it’s worth spending a bit more to get the added features over the partybox 100 and 300. Plus spend the extra $$$ to get the JBL sound performance so you won’t have any regrets later! I used this speaker allot over the Holidays and wether playing Christmas Music or Jamming our for New Years Eve this Speaker does not disappoint and has amazing sound and really shakes the house!! I highly recommend this Speaker and our Family Loves it......it’s exactly what I was looking for!!

I heard this speaker booming at a house party and I just had to have it is truly the life of the party great sound with light show Bluetooth capabilities from a wide range portable I even travel with and the battery last for hours and hours making it convenient for outside parties it definitely stands out from other portable speakers I have heard it is worth every penny

I was in the market for a Big/Party Speaker recently and I did a lot of research I heard saw Sony speakers, LG, Bose and JBL and I went with this JBL speaker over the 110 Party box. I heard great things about this speaker and was honestly very hesitant. I am very picky about my speakers/sound and while I trust JBL with their smaller speakers, I didn’t know if I’d enjoy the big ones. Well I’m happy to say I am thoroughly impressed! The sound in the Party Box 310 is amazing, clear and it gets very loud! I am someone who listens to many types of music genres so the in-app equalizer being simple is very helpful! Sometimes I love being a Bass Head and the Bass on the JBL does not disappoint whatsoever! The battery life of 18 hours is insane because I have yet to kill the battery in one use! The portability is also amazing! The handle feels sturdy and it’s not so overbearingly heavy that I couldn’t pick it up which makes the addition of the grab handles on the speaker a nice touch.

So I have both the Jbl 310 and Sony SRS-XP700 and i though the sony would not have a chance from what i heard through other sources and they are wrong both are awesome party speakers and have their distinct sound. One has the heavier basss with the high treble the Sony is warm sounding at stock eq. However,when you adjust the app eq the high are as good like the 310 the bass is strong and punchy.Both get very loud but the jbl gets a little louder however the Sony seems more balanced sounding speaker.As per portability the jbl has wheels so jbl wins this section because the sony does not. Overall I am definitely happy with my purchase and hope it helps for some that are split between buying one or the other and why not buy both.

It weighs around 40 pounds, so the built in wheels and extendable handle are a welcome addition. The lights on the front react to the music, and add some flare. The Partybox 310 is the biggest and loudest portable Bluetooth speaker I've ever seen. It has that signature JBL bass. This thing is made for people that love to jam and love being outdoors.

Huge bass. My 14 year old son loves this thing. I'm so glad we went with the 310 and not the 300 because of the handle and nice wheels for mobility alone. Battery last longer than stated which is great. We use this speaker indoors and outdoors all the time. This speaker is made of good quality materials. The light colors are sweet.

If your looking for a big Bluetooth speaker...look no further and get this. The JBL party box 310 is amazing in every way. I use this speaker outdoors and even put in the trunk of my race car and it sounds absolutely amazing. Battery lasts for hours and when plugged in it sounds even better and you can jam out all night. Love that if has a microphone hookup and guitar hook up as well or you can run 2 microphones and do karaoke which makes this extremely fun when you have company over. Speaker has lights that you can customize through a phone app as well. I'm glad i purchased it and even considering picking up a second one which you can run together as a left and right speaker. Amazing speaker with fantastic sound especially the bass, the wheel are perfect to move everywhere and start the party. The battery can last for hours.

This speaker is amazing way way better than the jbl 300. Great sound, bass and louder than the jbl partybox 300... splash proof and easy to carry around..I Am recommend this speaker.. Definitely worth the price

I've had this j b l 43 months and was very surprised..... I purchased the bose S1 pro plus but wasnt that happy w it.....and tried this JBL partybox 300 and wow way louder and deeper bass.....yes this is way bigger and heavier than the bose but better and louder was what i wanted and the longer lasting battery was also a plus...was very suprised with it since i have all my other soundbars and portable speakers from bose and they sound really great

This thing gets loud! Sounds great and looks good too. The app works good too. Highly recommend this speaker. Batterly life is also very good.

This is absolutely a beast of a speaker! I take it to the park with me and play basketball for an entire week without having to recharge the battery. I have also DJ'd several events purely on battery power and it still has a lot of bass and gets plenty loud. I totally recommend the JBL PB310. The range is also incredible and I can place one on either end of the basketball court and they still connect via TWS

Initially, I opted for the Sony 700. The Sony was smarter looking. I got the Sony home and listened to it and was impressed with the sound but all the reviews said the JBL was the better choice of the two. I kept the Sony for 13 days and I decided to bring it back and swap it out with the JBL PartyBox 310. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!! I love Sony but guess what, JBL BLEW SONY OUT OF THE WATER!!! Not only does the JBL sound much cleaner and louder, the designer of the JBL thought of EVERYTHING! The Sony was awkward to handle. It was difficult to move around and carry. It’s heavy and has no wheels. The JBL on the other hand has wheels and a VERY convenient pop-up handle to easily move the speaker where ever you want crisp, clean, loud music. I’m glad I made the change. It was a sound decision. The JBL’s are NO JOKE. The Sony is NO JOKE either but head to head, JBL STANDS HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE THE COMPETITION. This is simply one mans opinion.

One of the best speakers I have even owned. I finally got another one at a great price as well. I’ve tried other speakers before this one and it wouldn’t do it for me. Just the perfect size to take with you anywhere. Can’t convince me any other speaker is better. When 2 speakers are paired, the sound and bass is out of this world. Highly recommend

JBL PartyBox 310: A Game Changer in Portable Audio! I'll admit, I was hesitant to buy another Bluetooth speaker. I've been disappointed by so many in the past, constantly searching for that deep, punchy bass that just wasn't there. I needed a speaker that could truly handle a proper jam session. Seriously, this speaker is so loud and has so much bass! Music sounds great! It also holds its charge for hours and great for taking along with you. It also has nice add on sound features which kids love to use! Worth the price, especially when you can find it on sale!

This is the best speaker I have ever bought. The wheels make it portable and the bass is great. Worked great when I paired with my friend's. Would definitely buy another one
