“I can't seem to answer calls. If I am listening to a podcast and the phone rings, I only seem to disconnect to call not answer it. I have read the (minimal) instructions and looked on line but can't seem to find anything. Thoughts? Thanks”

you need to anwser through the earphones, not directly from your phone. when you are going to anwser press the middle button on the earphones.
