To get help connecting Bluetooth accessories to your iOS device, follow these steps:

Make sure that your Bluetooth accessory and iOS device are close to each other.Check that your Bluetooth accessory is on and fully charged or connected to power. If your accessory uses batteries, see if they need to be replaced.Restart your Bluetooth accessory.Make sure that your iOS device is up to date.On your iOS device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and make sure that Bluetooth is on. If you can’t turn on Bluetooth or you see a spinning gear, restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.Unpair the Bluetooth accessory, put it back in discovery mode, then pair and connect it again.

The REFLECT MINI BT is completely compatible with the iPhone 7. Please ensure your iPhone has the latest firmware installed and perform a reset by following these steps. 
Step 1: Press and hold the Lock/Wake button on the right side of your iPhone.
Step 2: At the same time, press and hold down the Volume Down button on the left side while keeping the Lock/Wake button pressed. 
Step 3: Keep holding both the buttons until the screen turns black and then switches back on to display the Apple Logo.
Step 4: Wait for a couple of seconds until your iPhone boots up completely and displays the Lock screen. Pair and test the device.
