Do these wireless earphones have a volume control? It appears that they do but I can't seem to get it to function. The little booklet is hard to read and I couldn't make sense of what it was trying to show.. null

Yes they have volume control. Works great with an iPhone 7.

yes, they do have a volume control.. Try to use them on a different device. I use mine on a Galaxy s7. I've had headphones that work good with Apple products but not with Samsung vice versa. If all that fails you, should return them. they could be defective.
